Scheduling Overview

The scheduling overview displays all schedules that have been made. It is essentially identical to the scheduling form, but can only be read.

The following details can be queried in the overview:

• Daily schedule scheduling > select Daily schedules
• Organization scheduling, e.g. floater duty, on-call duty > select Organization
• Display of all scheduling entries > select --

Furthermore, the query can be started for the following periods:

• Month > Display for the queried month > the respective month is selected using the arrow keys
• Week > The respective calendar week is also selected using the arrow keys
• Year > The entire calendar year is displayed at once; in the year overview you can conveniently scroll up or down.
