Jobs in Time & Attendance
Jobs serve as periodically running helper programs for the
synchronization and processing of data. A basic introduction to
job management can be found in the chapter Portal & Organisation -
System / Job management.
They can be used in many ways, and enable, for example, the
creation of groups based on defined criteria, an
automated swap of certain daily schedules, and the sending of various
system notifications in the event of special events in time and attendance.
Furthermore, certain jobs can be used to filter defined irregularities in the
time and attendance system, upon which certain requests are automatically
generated and forwarded to employees for processing.
The following jobs are relevant for the Time & Attendance module:

Inform about Events
This job sends information in the event of special events in time and attendance

Create Reallocations
This job automatically creates requests for reallocations (e.g.
overtime payout)

Change Time Model and Fillup
Booking
This job can be used to swap daily schedules

Process System Notifications
This job creates various system notifications (workflow requests)

Build Custom Groups
This is used to create groups based on defined values (attributes) from the
time and attendance system

Get absence Text Modules
This job creates text modules for all absence reasons in the
time and attendance system (for the default language)

Execute and Send Reports
This job enables automated report generation and proactive
notification to defined role holders.

SyncCalendarDates
This job synchronizes absences from IF6020 with the Groupware system.
This requires that the Groupware module is also licensed.

checkMaxWorkingTime
This job continuously checks the current working time of employees and
notifies them by mail in good time before statutory maximum limits are
reached.

ProcessTerminatedEmployees
This job makes it possible to move certain persons into the
termination group.
