It is a good idea advisable to make provide the link to HR-Expert available by means of via a separate menu tree entry in Webdesk EWP. Define access

Defining Access

Access to HR-Expert is accessed granted via 2 roles, one intended for full access and the other for read-only access. The names of the two roles are defined using set via the following system parameters: 

  • hr => HrOptions => userRole
  • hr => HrOptions => userRoleReadOnly

Please note that the referenced role names referenced in the system parameters must correspond to real actual Webdesk roles. Assuming Assume the role name for full access would be were $HRX_User and the role name one for read-only access would be were $HRX_User_ReadOnly.
