Modern HR management is increasingly accompanied by the term "Employee Self Service". This term refers to a personalized web portal, which provides current information and various services. Information bundling and a selected range of functions support the access to various contnts, simplify workflows and improve internal communication. Through the integration of user directories (eg LDAP, Active Directory) the user authorisations are transferred automatically, what guarantees a controlled access to contents and functions.
