Mitarbeiter mit Computerzugriff haben die Möglichkeit Ihre Anträge wie z.B.: Zeitkorrektur, Urlaubsantrag, Sonderfehlzeit, Krankmeldung uvm. eigenständig und zeitsparend zu beantragen. Mittels dem persönlichen Informationsportal können alle relevanten und freigegebenen Informationen gesichtet werden.
Für Arbeiter ohne Computerzugriff kann der Vorgesetzte nach Absprache die Antragstellung übernehmen.
Des Weiteren können Vorgesetzte/Personalverantwortliche per Knopfdruck Urlaubs- und Buchungslisten, Jahreskalender, Statistiken uvm. rasch erstellen und diese digital bzw. ausgedruckt an die Mitarbeiter/Arbeiter aushändigen.
