Employees have the option of independently booking attendances and absences, entering project times in real time or retrospectively, viewing vacation and time balances and submitting absence requests. Time correction and absence correction requests can also be submitted.
Manager you can call up various evaluations and statistics on the individual time recording accounts and cost centers of your employees. This means you always have an overview of important key figures, even across different locations/countries.
Personnel managers have the possibility to easily manage and archive all important documents and records with our HR-Expert module. It is also possible to save and adapt templates (e.g. contracts/applications). Personnel data can be viewed and edited from the office as well as from the home office at any time.
All documents/statistics/applications can be graphically saved or printed as a PDF or Excel document according to your organization's requirements.
IMPORTANT! Applications such as: Time correction, vacation request, special absence, sick leave and much more can be created independently and time-saving by your employees through the personal information portal of the personnel cloud. As soon as an application is submitted, the automatic approval workflow that you initially defined begins. The application is forwarded to the respective approver/supervisor, who can then approve or reject the application. These digital workflows allow you to standardize your HR processes and every application is automatically documented in an audit-proof manner.
