Mitarbeiter haben die Möglichkeit eigenständig Anwesenheiten und Abwesenheiten zu buchen, Projektzeiten in Echtzeit oder nachträglich einzutragen, Urlaubs- und Stundensalden einzusehen und Abwesenheitsanträge zu stellen. Des Weiteren können Zeitkorrektur- sowie Abwesenheitskorrekturanträge gestellt werden.
Manager können diverse Auswertungen und Statistiken zu den einzelnen Zeiterfassungskonten und Kostenstellen Ihrer Mitarbeiter aufrufen. Wichtige Kennzahlen haben Sie somit immer im Blick und das sogar über verschiedene Standorte/Länder hinaus.
Personalverantwortliche haben die Möglichkeit alle wichtigen Dokumente und Unterlagen mit unserem HR-Expert Modul einfach verwalten und archivieren. Es ist auch möglich Vorlagen (z.B.: Verträge/Anträge) zu speichern und anzupassen. Personaldaten können vom Büro als auch aus dem Home-Office jederzeit eingesehen und bearbeitet werden.
Alle Unterlagen/Statistiken/Anträge können grafisch nach den Anforderungen Ihrer Organisation entweder als PDF oder Excel Dokument gespeichert oder ausgedruckt werden.
WICHTIG! Anträge wie z.B.: Zeitkorrektur, Urlaubsantrag, Sonderfehlzeit, Krankmeldung uvm. können von Ihren Mitarbeitern selbstständig und zeitsparend durch das persönliche Informationsportal der Personalwolke erstellt werden. Sobald ein Antrag gestellt wird, beginnt der von Ihnen anfangs festgelegte, automatische Genehmigungsworkflow. Dabei wird der Antrag zum jeweiligen Genehmiger/Vorgesetzen geleitet, dieser kann den Antrag dann genehmigen oder ablehnen. Diese digitalen Workflows ermöglichen eine Standardisierung Ihrer HR-Prozesse und jeder Antrag wird somit automatisch revisionssicher dokumentiert.
