In the Time Recording module, the Personnel Cloud offers HR managers and supervisors the opportunity to call up clear reports, balances, remaining leave and attendance overviews by simply pressing a button. Intelligent algorithms help employees to comply with the maximum working hours and automatically notify managers of any deviations.
Leave requests and time adjustments are easily submitted and approved via digital workflows. This enables the automatic calculation of wage types and non-performance times in accordance with the specifications, which can then be seamlessly integrated into payroll programs. Our software is adapted to the legal requirements (collective agreements, wage agreements, company agreements) and offers automatic evaluation options for working hours as standard.
Update - Asynchronous time management accounts
Thanks to the Correction Client, administrators can make comprehensive time corrections, supplements and also certain authorizations for a month. For some customers, employees record their working times in the Correction Client and the working times are released for the month.
The new update brings a smoother and faster way of working for our users and makes it possible to complete time-consuming tasks in the shortest possible time, thus contributing to smooth processes.
The times are calculated asynchronously, which means that as soon as the correction has been made, an automatic message appears in the correction client "Daily accounts from...to...have been recalculated for employee..." and you can continue working in the meantime without delay.
This means that time entries are now made without delay and are automatically integrated into the billing process. This saves valuable time and allows you to quickly and smoothly add times for an entire month, for example.
