Lars Stief: An outdated time clock was being used. This meant that only industrial employees could clock in. The salaried employees recorded their working hours manually.

Lars StiefIt was important to us to be able to record leave in hours and not days. It should also be possible to record the clocking times using the existing RFID chip, but also using the clocking times of the mobile devices. Lars StiefBy using the personnel cloud, supervisors have better control over employees' maximum daily working hours. The system provides a better overview of the employees present. In addition, the administration of vacation requests and overtime requests has been significantly simplified.

Lars StiefThe test phase began on 01.11.2023, the live version began on 01.03.2024 and is still being implemented. We are very well supported by and with the responsible system administrator Mr. Fiedler.
