Grundsätzlich entspricht der Urlaubsantrag dem Fehlzeit-Antrag.

Da Urlaubsanträge die häufigsten Fehlzeit-Anträge sind, gibt es für die bequemere Nutzung auch die Möglichkeit, einen solchen Antrag direkt über ein nur dafür bestimmtes Formular zu stellen.

Die Feldbeschreibungen im Urlaubsantrag entsprechen jenen des Fehlzeit-Antrags. Allerdings ist beim Urlaubsantrag der Fehlzeitgrund "Urlaub" bereits fix vorgegeben.

Des Weiteren wird im Urlaubsantrag der Status quo Ihrer Urlaubstage unter Berücksichtigung des aktuellen Antrags erstellt.

Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit im Feld "Fehlzeitmodus" zwischen ganz- und halbtägigem Urlaub zu wählen.

Halbtägige Urlaube werden auch als solche im Kontingent dargestellte.

The field descriptions in the vacation application correspond to those of the absence application. However, the reason for the absence "vacation" is already predefined in the leave application.

Furthermore, the status quo of your vacation days is created in the leave request, taking into account the current request.

You also have the option to choose between full-day and half-day vacation in the "Absence reason" field.

Half-day vacation are also shown as such in the quota.
