This menu item enables the user to start a query and to see the selected reasons for errors for the selected groups / employees in a graphically prepared form.
The calendar overview shows the absence calendars of the employees grouped / restricted according to the criteria selected in the search mask.
The calendar year for which the display is to take place.
This parameter can be used to determine which absent reasons are to be displayed in the query result (business trip, sick truck, special leave, vacation and time compensation).
This parameter allows you to choose between: No grouping, 1st level, 2nd level, 3rd level.

This parameter offers the following selection options: Groups with access authorization, All groups.
provides the user with an overview of employee absences for an entire year, in compact form and with color coding

The following search filters are available:
business trip, sick, special leave, vacation, flexi day
One or more failure reasons can be selected.
The number in parentheses is the error reason number, as it is also given, for example, in the correction client.
If this parameter is set to print version, you will get a print-friendly output of the list.
This parameter provides the following choices: "Only authorized groups" and "All groups".
All groups: displays all groups of the company, even if the user is not authorized to view all of them.
Groups with viewing permission: displays all groups that the user is authorized to view.
If a search term is entered,
a search is made in all groups for which
there is an authorization to view. It is possible to search for a complete name (
family name and or first name) or for a part of the name. The result then contains all possible
family names as well as first names and is highlighted in color.
Basically, all groups for which an access authorization exists are searched when an entry is made in the Search field.
If you check this option
, only the groups selected under "Selection" will be searched.
In this parameter, the user has

Favorites, which can be created by the user

If the mouse is moved over one of the coloured rectangles in the calendarcolored fields, a small info field appears in which window appears with the exact duration of the absence is displayed.
