System Requirements

for Update

Due to changes in the database schema, an update is only possible from a 3.3.x (oder höheren) Version aus möglich. D.h. es ist nicht möglich, von einer Version älter als 3.3 auf die aktuelle Version upzudaten. Dies führt zu Problemen bei der Durchführung der Update-Scripts und führt dann zu Inkonsistenzen im DB-Schema, welche in weiterer Folge den korrekten Start des Webdesk Servers verhindern!

Minimale Systemvorrausetzungen

Die minimale Java Runtime ist nunmehr or higher) version. That is, it is not possible to update from a version older than 3.3 to the current version. This leads to problems when running the update scripts and then to inconsistencies in the DB schema, which subsequently prevent the correct start of the Webdesk server!

Minimum System Requirements

ausgeliefert. Es gibt weiterhin Installer für 32Bit und 64Bit (Ta-Connector ist nur als 32Bit Paket verfügbar!). Grundsätzlich ist die Verwendung des 64Bit Pakets zu empfehlen, da das Webdesk System relativ speicher-intensiv ist und auch bei kleineren Nutzer-Zahlen relativ schnell an die Memory-Grenzen von 32Bit-Java-Installationen mit Tomcat kommt (ca. 1,5GB)

Webdesk Kern (PO)

There are still installers for 32-bit and 64-bit (the Ta connector is only available as a 32-bit package!). In general, the use of the 64-bit package is recommended, since the Webdesk system is relatively memory-intensive and reaches the memory limits of 32-bit Java installations with Tomcat (approx. 1.5 GB) relatively quickly even with smaller numbers of users.
