Features

  • Booking and account correction client > In the booking client, the option was introduced to define the absence reasons that may be entered via the client (configuration analogous to booking screen or time correction configuration)
  • Extension of poPersonConnector with all useful fields from the poPerson table
  • Business trip: In the travel type, you can now also specify the absence reasons that are available for selection in the time corrections
  • Workflow: Reassignment of open activities is now possible directly from the request (via process details)

  • GW calendaring - Hide setup / user / password > In the system parameters for the GW settings, the user / password must not be visible (analogous to password entry).
  • Info popup about workflow requests at Webdesk start -> exception for certain process definitions > Provide the option to "mark" certain process definitions so that they are *NOT* taken into account when searching for open requests for a particular employee. The background is that processing requests in draft - in particular the account correction, which is used for the transfer booking - is not useful.

  • Password management - Password can be deleted by administrator > Reset password to system default as before.
  • Password management - Password assignment for users who are not in Active Directory; all passwords are reset to the configured PasswordResetPolicy: either the username or "webdesk" is set as the password (see menu "System").

  • Filter in workflow list: Show process label instead of name > The name of the process definition within the filter in the process definition is determined as follows: - if an action reference exists > take the localized name (i.e. ProzessAktionsName.proc_action_caption), - if a label (caption) of the process definition exists > take its localized name (i18n for "wf_processname_<ProcCaption>", or if not available simply the untranslated label), - take the localized version of the ID (i18n for "wf_processname_<ProcDefId>", or the ID itself if no translation exists). The actual ProcDefId (including PckId if different from the ProcDefId) is always printed in parentheses.
  • Possible entry of an initial value for receipt type > Initial value can be entered and edited. Furthermore, it can be set that this receipt type may only be used once per trip and is not editable:
  • Search & sort implemented for the "Competence target" column > Tab "In the area of responsibility of these role holders": Search by role / holder > person or group / valid from.
  • License information - separate action License information under the menu item Monitoring, which compares the absolute licenses with the consumed ones and thus calculates the free licenses. Currently it is not visible to the user how many licenses are still available; email notification when the license limit is exceeded

Bug Fixes

  • Statistics - Changes in the average calculations > If an average calculation is configured for an account and the statistic is then displayed with direction "backward" instead of "forward", the average is not also calculated backward > Average value column is not displayed for "Backward".

  • Account correction only allows relative changes to accounts > Even though the account correction was entered as absolute, the change is entered relatively into the account!
  • Sick leave notification is editable again
  • Deleting a group produces a stack trace
  • Deleting a password works and is now also displayed correctly
  • Logical error in password management > Resetting the password is now also possible via the PersonConnector. The special field is called "$resetPassword". The value passed must be "true"! The reset is based on the PasswordPolicy (i.e. static or username). Alternatively, the special field $resetToRandomPasswordAndSendMail can also be set to true; this assigns a random password and sends an email to the user.
  • Process type "Follow-up absence reason": Showing calendar or group calendar does not work > if a person is reported sick and you click on the calendar or group calendar in the form ==> the calendar or group calendar of the person reported sick is displayed! The prerequisite is that the person reporting sick has the required permissions for the calendar and group calendar!
  • Reset password: Email text with HTML formatting ==> stack trace
  • Improved performance of PoActionPermissionService.findViewPermission() >
  • ta_getOrgJournal: Adding a row in the configuration causes a stack trace; also occurs in the attendance board and means that configurations cannot be changed
  • ta_getOrgJournal: Click on correction note --> note is briefly displayed, then the journal opens
  • allowOnlySingleGroupMembership" within PoOrgstructure. This means that an employee can belong to only one group of this org hierarchy at a time.
  • Encrypt users' passwords in the database
  • Parent group *NOT* removable > Once a group has a parent group, it is no longer possible to remove it. The desired behavior is that clicking on "Highest level" makes the parent group disappear.
  • Transfer booking: (Implicitly) inherited role competences > It was now built in so that the action handler takes the setting "Organization type = Line organization" and "Search for role holders = upward" in the associated role as a condition, and then "resolves" all returned groups with regard to their subgroups. That is, subgroups are then always displayed as well!

  • Transfer booking: Error messages during validation > Showing/hiding rows is now handled on the client via JavaScript. To avoid unsightly effects, the entire table row is simply hidden

  • Error when assigning subgroups was fixed > A refresh of the target group was implemented.
  • Bookings across midnight > Bookings across midnight are now possible; affects method TaBookingDAOImpl.doBooking() Example from below: - Employee clocks in on 9/16/2010 at 8:04 and leaves on 9/17/2010 at 0:34 - Webdesk entered both bookings with different days, although the 2nd booking actually still belongs to 9/16, since the daily program validity runs from 3:00 to 3:00
  • Error in Excel output in getOrgTravel
  • Selection of daily program values in journals > It should be possible in the journal and in the OrgJournal to configure the display of daily program values.
  • Fetching requests per group in the rescheduling view > is also taken into account for "Show open requests", since getPersonsFromSelectedGroup is called in both cases. New configuration parameter should influence the behavior of group selection in the frontend. Only if "Group selectable". (The parameter can only be selected in the configuration). -> if activated, it means that all subordinate groups are also selected along with the selected group (default) -> if deactivated, it means that selection is made only for the selected group (no subordinate groups); applies to display AND fetching ("Show open requests")
  • Password change after password reset via login screen > If the password is reset via the login screen, the password change screen is not called after logging in with the reset password. > new Spring property PoResetPasswordPolicy.forcePasswordChangeAfterResetToRandomPassword
  • Statistics: incorrect average permission for new hires fixed

  • Correction client: Error when entering a correction - Redesign of the called business logic fixed

  • Correction client: An account that never had a value (0 is displayed) did not accept the input "+1" - fixed

  • Booking client: missing correction note when permissions are set was added

  • Booking client - if two permissions were set immediately one after the other => Cannot find form for [object HTMLInputElement]

  • Correction client: Problems when saving account changes (normal minutes, industrial minutes) in the correction client were fixed

  • Absence correction client: Comment in 6020 - Null is no longer processed (IfDataTgKommDAO), and in addition "/username" is appended to the user comment input so that a comment is ALWAYS written (saveDataTgKomm)

  • Correction client: Error with the "Edit" button was fixed - another user can now be edited even if the previous edit process was not ended correctly

  • Correction client: Account changes show strange results when mixing absolute and relative inputs. A special calculation of the correction was implemented for the case that the previous correction was an absolute one.

  • Display of GW appointments in Webdesk - Error when calling an action such as the group calendar with the setting Show GW appointments: No > on a day on which an absence entry existed, the GW appointment was still displayed when you clicked on the detail view; this was fixed.

  • Correction client: List of absence reasons made sortable

  • Correction client: Correction notes (comments) are no longer empty

  • Correction client: Displayed date link is now in the format dd.MM.yyy

  • Correction client: Absence reasons are now displayed as long texts in the day view and as short texts in the month view

  • Correction client: Booking comments can now also be viewed in the day view

  • Correction client: Edit button for daily program selection in day view now available

  • Changing an action name in the menu tree (editMenuTree.act) now takes effect on the front end immediately after clicking "Clear menu cache"

  • Passing on the permission from configuration to action was enabled

  • Error in Excel output in getOrgTravel (business trip reports) was fixed

  • Holiday display incorrect when a special day / holiday is on the 1st day of the month, it is not displayed in the calendar (in the journal, weekly calendar, etc. the day is displayed correctly!)

  • Time corrections after midnight with daily program validity after 00:00. The method TaBookingDAOImpl.performAccountingFromTo() was changed, which is called during the time correction via doCorrection() > Fixed by additionally performing the accounting for the previous day with every booking.

  • Historization: Deleting employees and groups > historical data can be queried again

  • Fetching requests per group in the rescheduling view > New configuration parameter should influence the behavior of group selection in the frontend. Only if "Group selectable". (The parameter can only be selected in the configuration): -> if activated, it means that all subordinate groups are also selected along with the selected group (default); -> if deactivated, it means that selection is made only for the selected group (no subordinate groups)

  • Supervisor role with upward inheritance and allowUserDeputy (deputy) > Problem also occurred when the deputies are entered regularly in the role, and not via allowUserDeputy > sample code was corrected.

  • "Show result immediately" controllable via the search mask again > if the parameter "Show result immediately" was selected in the action configuration, the action was executed immediately every time it was called, without going to the search mask, regardless of whether the user had activated "Show result immediately" in the search mask or not.

  • Fixed the error with the menu expand state being lost when the username contains spaces or backslashes > The problem is the cookie wdMenuV_<UserName>, which stores various information about the menu state. It contains the username, and this must not contain a space or a backslash. To avoid the reported problems, blanks and backslashes are now filtered out of the username when assembling the cookie!
