Features:

General:

• New: Images "K" and "EK" are now included in the image collection
• Messages at login are now also available in German
• Virtual booking terminals are configurable
• Workflow lists can be printed
• Dynamic roles were introduced. Example: simplified configuration of the Colleague role (only one entry required). A detailed description of this feature can be found in the Webdesk Admin Manual.
• Roles: Parameter "Consider hierarchical group in search" was added
• Event-driven email notifications via job for certain filter criteria are now possible
• Printing help texts is now possible
• Error message at login can now also be displayed in German

Management lists:

• Displaying loose groups in management lists is now possible (selection organization chart)
• Restrictions of the selection tree are now possible (admin configuration)
• Parameter "Consider selection in search" was added to the search mask
• Search mask > Query limitation by date was introduced (admin configuration)
• Search mask > Parameter "Show result immediately" was added
• Search mask > The display of levels in the selection tree can now be set in the search mask (depth 1-3, minimize)

• New item "Open form" was introduced ( requests are opened with the edit permission of the person who opens the request details)
• Printing of workflow lists was enabled (16755)
• It is now possible to filter by requester in the workflow lists (17609)
• It is now possible to display the requester's personnel number in the workflow lists (19214)
• If a request is approved on a page of the workflow lists, the view stays on this page instead of jumping back to the first page. (18754)

Requests/Processes:

• Collective time correction is now available
• Parameter "Allow requests on behalf of others"/"Request for someone other than switch user?" added
• General tab added in processes
• allowUserDeputy: Enable deputy (user settings)
• Parameter "hideContextMenu" added
• Parameter "switchUserActsAsNominalUser": the switched user is treated like the original requester
• Assigning tasks to other persons ("Reassign")
• Hiding absence reasons in the follow-up absence reason and absence reason form
• Correction notes can now be extended with any text (absence, follow-up absence reason)
• "Supplement to target time" can now be set by the user (absence/vacation request)
