Booking and Account Correction Client

The booking and correction client enables

• Recording of time bookings
• Absences
• Time corrections
• Account corrections

In the booking client, the option was implemented to define the absence reasons that may be entered via the client. The configuration is analogous to the booking screen or time correction configuration (action "ta_correctionClient").

Extension of poPersonConnector with All Useful Fields from the poPerson Table

The poPersonConnectors are now configurable and, among other things, offer the option to also adopt the role settings:

Business Trip: Definition of Absence Reasons for the Time Corrections

In the travel type, you can now also specify the absence reasons that should be available for selection in the time corrections:

Workflow: Reassignment of Open Activities Directly from Process Details

It is now possible to assign an open request directly from the process details to a new processor: "Reassign all open activities".

GwCalendarService Implementation for Exchange 2010

When Exchange2010 is used, there is a separate implementation of the GW module. The new implementation Spring bean is called 'GwCalendarServiceExchangeWSImpl'

SDL: SimpleDataList

Columns were enriched with type definitions (e.g. with datatype = string|date|datetime|time|number|boolean).

Account Correction: Special Validation

Additional validation options were built into account correction and transfer booking :

• Check for half hours (depending on normal minutes vs. industrial minutes) > this validation is made in the configuration of the account correction form
• Full hours
• Full and half hours
• Zero values can be allowed or hidden

Favorites Query for Groups

Groups can now also be added as favorites; the query is made for persons AND/OR groups

Transfer Booking: Email Notification for Account Correction Requests in Draft Status

A parameter was added to the process that enables the configuration of an email notification for requests in draft status. The email notification for account correction requests was made configurable in the job "createRebookings".

Rescheduling of Daily Programs

After deleting a rescheduling of daily programs in Webdesk, the rescheduling record in IF6020 is reset to the previous values.

Permission Request: Prefilling with a Date Is Possible

New configuration option > The prefilling of the date can be controlled (prefill date with yesterday's date, prefill date with last month's month-end / prefill date with last quarter's quarter-end). An additional parameter for "Date value editable" was also added. If this is checked, the user can correct the date manually.

Connector Framework

The connector framework was extended with additional fields.

Account Correction for Multi-Time Application

Extension of account correction for multi-time application was implemented. The account correction specifies whether a zero value is allowed. Via the process definition (process specified in the transfer booking configuration), the system queries whether zero values are allowed.

Absence Requests: Automatic Adjustment of To-Date

Automatic adjustment of the to-date when the from-date was changed: to_date based on from_date, if to_date>from_date; was added to the following forms: - Absence form, - Permission form (if a period is selected).

GW Calendaring: Hide Setup / User / Password

In the system parameters for the GW settings, the user / password must not be visible (analogous to password entry).

Info Popup About Workflow Requests at Webdesk Start -> Exception for Certain Process Definitions

An option was implemented to "mark" certain process definitions so that they are *NOT* taken into account when searching for open requests for a particular employee. The background is that processing requests in draft - in particular the account correction, which is used for the transfer booking - is not useful.

Negative Permissions

With the negative permission, certain persons or groups can be excluded from a general permission. For negative permissions, entering the view permission is no longer possible.

Password Management: Deleting a Password by Administrator

Passwords can be deleted by the administrator in the person master record or reset to the system default as before.
The default password is set in the system parameters and can be either the username or any password.

Password Management: Password Assignment for Users Not in Active Directory

Password assignment for users who are not in Active Directory > All passwords are reset to the configured PasswordResetPolicy: either the user (username) or "webdesk" is set as the password.

Rescheduling: Rs Planning Connector

RsPlanningConnector > A configurable (read-only) connector was implemented that returns scheduling information from the RS service.

Ta Connector

The Ta connector was revised (broker part).

Workflow Lists: Filter for Process Label

In the workflow lists > filter, it is now possible to have the process label displayed instead of the name.
The actual process DefID (including PckId if different from the ProcDefId) is always displayed in parentheses.

Business Trip: Receipt Types with Initial Value

Possible entry of an initial value for receipt type > Initial value can be entered and edited. Furthermore, it can be set that - this receipt type may only be used once per trip and - is not editable.
If a value is entered here, it is used as the default value for every newly added receipt of this receipt type in a travel expense report!

Search by Role / Role Holder Implemented in the "Competence Target" Column

License Information

A separate action with license information was implemented under the menu item System > Current license, which compares the absolute licenses with the consumed ones and thus calculates the free licenses.

Time Correction into the Future

Time corrections into the future are now possible. The actual booking takes precedence over the planned booking. Currently only the first entry of the time correction is displayed in the calendar.
IMPORTANT: the job " WfFinishManualEndSystemActivities" must be configured and actively running > it is responsible for completing the "waiting activity".

Editing Individual Persons in Special View Permission

The option to edit special view permissions was implemented: individual competence targets (groups, persons) can be added or removed as desired.

Switch User with Restricted Actions

New configuration parameter "Prevent execution for switched users". The action is seen in the menu by the switched user, but cannot be executed in the switched state (even if the user in the non-switched state would actually have access to the action).
The parameter can be set for each action on the Settings tab .

Reporting

OrgActionHandler - Adopt request parameters (URL parameters) into form.

Reporting

The job "Execute and Send Reports" was implemented for automatic execution of Webdesk standard reports and sending them to defined role holders.

Booking Screen

In the booking configuration, a selectable journal configuration was implemented that can be called by the user.

Refactoring > additional actions in the Advanced Functions: "Start reporting engine" and "Delete reporting engine working directories"

HQL Queries - Performance Optimization

Performance optimization of HQL queries in AdminActionHandler > PoRole / role holder accelerated by reading from the DB only when needed, i.e. only one page is read at a time. EXCEPTION: for search and sorting, all data is required!

Processing Completed Workflow Tasks

Handling of processing workflow tasks that have already been completed (Current activity state is closed.completed). An error message was implemented: "Task has already been processed and completed by another person."

TaAbsenceEntryConnector

The TaAbsenceEntry connector enables the periodic export of absences (past/future, approved/unapproved); this provides information on whether an employee has booked on a day. Via the configuration, various absence reasons can be defined for specific persons, groups or clients. Additional information can also be defined (user ID, etc.).

Union Connector

A union connector is a source connector that outputs the output of multiple connector links, one link after the other.
The union connector can, for example, link data between IF6020, Webdesk and csv files using defined connector links.

HR Module - Registration via Seminar Catalog

Registration via a seminar catalog can be made either directly from the list of courses (course catalog) or in the course details. The registration button is only visible when registration is possible, i.e. the course allows registration and the request set in the system parameters exists.

SIZE - Calendar for On-Call Duty

Implementation of a new configurable action "wf_getCalendarProcessInstances" in project "webdesk-wf-webclient", which allows the following configuration:

• which process definitions should be searched (multiple selection possible!)
• pckId$procId => e.g. Urlaubsantrag$Urlaubsantrag
• forward action (selection from SelectionList)

When a number in the calendar is clicked, another action is called via URL parameter in a new window; this action is maintainable via the configuration of "wf_getCalendarProcessInstances".

Monthly Approval: Consider Deputy

In the monthly approval configuration, it is now possible to specify that the deputy settings are taken into account. This can be achieved by activating the parameter "Show only directly subordinate employees" and filling in "Role for competence search of subordinate employees" with the corresponding role (usually the Supervisor role).

If these parameters are used, employees declared as deputies only see the weekly approvals once the supervisor has activated the deputy under Options\Settings -> "My deputy may approve on my behalf".

Zoom Function Possible in IE8

IE 8 has a zoom function. A configuration option was implemented that allows the notice that appears when the browser is set to a zoom above 100% to be disabled.

If the system parameter is set to true (default=true), the message is displayed (IE only) on first entry and when zoom is active. The message then no longer appears for the validity of a cookie (1 day).
In general, this can be turned off with value=false (no notice anymore!)

New system parameter:
GlobalUserLayoutOptions -> showZoomNotificationInIE TaPersonDAO.taIdOfTemplatePerson=1 In the Tacon properties, a "base master record" is used. This should be set up exclusively for that purpose and configured with sensible data.
