Features:

General:

  • Display of external programs in Webdesk is possible (e.g. cash book, project time tracking, mail, etc.)

Management lists:

  • Titles (if entered) are now also taken into account in the full-text search of the management lists
  • In OrgJournals, a query with a "from" and "to" date is now possible
  • PDF and xls export lists can be created directly from the search mask without running the list query
  • Certain absence reasons can be anonymized in the group calendar
  • Suppression of the department calendar detail view can be configured per cost center
  • Display of "Absent without excuse" in the monthly journal is now possible
  • Vacation on special days - It is now also possible to display vacations on special days (which have a target time)
  • Extension of edit_Rebookings:
    • In the transfer booking views, the role permissions for viewing the requests are now resolved
  • Personal appointment calendar now available

Requests/Processes:

  • Account correction request - displaying the journal in the request has been enabled
  • Extension of the time correction/absence request form: in addition to the time correction or absence request, a permission can now be set for the future or the past
  • If multiple permissions are configured in a permission process, the user can choose when creating the request which of the permissions should be entered

Admin:

  • Extension of TaJournal with daily program information (Interflex PEP data / virtual scheduling file)
  • Filter extension for getOrgJournal, getOrgCalendar, getStatistic and getAttendenceTableau
  • Job "Systemnotification Doctor Visit" for the HR department
  • Extension of system notices with account value and employee names
  • A new job was created that can automatically delete the logs stored in the databases
  • Job for swapping daily programs depending on booking constellations was created
  • The display of a process's settings has been divided up more clearly
  • It is now possible to configure subprocesses for a process
  • Template file connector: With the configurable action, it is now also possible to trigger transfers that use the TemplateFileConnector as the target connector. This can be useful, e.g., to create an Edifact V3 data carrier
  • Part-time factor: A part-time factor entered in the Interflex 6020 system is now also taken into account in the monthly journal of Webdesk
  • Changes in the menu tree for Racon West: editMenuTreeExtended enables the creation of menu templates
  • Changes to the process definition: The name that identifies the process in the workflow lists can now be assigned
  • Jobs now also log their duration

Bug Fixes:

  • Missing employees in the monthly approval are now displayed
  • Formatting in the journal summary is now customizable
  • After a clock-out booking with absence reason "Web work", the employee now appears in the attendance list with the correct booking rhythm
  • PoActionService: View permission for group as role holder corrected
  • Row totals in the statistics are displayed again
  • Time corrections for open booking intervals are possible again
  • Summary in PDF and print view in OrgJournals and statistics is visible again
  • Text in PDF is now displayed according to the language set in Webdesk
  • Problem with follow-up absence reason in the future in the calendar views was fixed
  • Error in createRebookings that caused the job to abort when an employee has no journal bookings has been fixed
  • Problem when querying free/busy information of an entire department fixed
  • Error in sick/healthy notification fixed
  • System messages are now displayed correctly on the publication date
  • Target times are no longer set to 0 when accounting for permissions
  • It is no longer possible to bypass the validation of a sick leave notification with "Save as draft"
  • Transfer booking:
    • "Fetch requests" button in transfer booking: Supervisors now only receive the requests according to their view permission
    • Error when forwarding the transfer booking request that prevented the request from being changed by the supervisor was fixed
    • The display of values in the transfer booking requests and views now takes into account the correct display of industrial minutes and normal minutes

    • When the type "Person fields Time & Attendance" is selected, the "Display type" field is no longer displayed
