Improved Display of the User Menu on the Left Side

The user menu was improved with regard to contrast and presentation. The click areas were enlarged, so that the menu can now also be used on a tablet. Furthermore, showing and hiding the menu is now visualized with a new icon.

New User Setup with the Option to Maintain Private Bank Accounts and Vehicles

It is now possible for users to maintain in their settings their own private bank account, which they disclose to the company, e.g. for the transfer of salary and/or travel expenses.

In addition, private cars used for business-related trips within the Webdesk Travel Management module can also be managed by the user in the settings. Previously, creating and changing private cars was reserved for the administrator.

Unread Markers for Webdesk Tasks

To better support users with many long-running Webdesk tasks, "unread" markers have now been introduced. They work similarly to well-known mail programs. When you open the details of a task, the task is considered "read". Tasks that have not yet been read are displayed in bold in the task list, and, when entering Webdesk (unless you have disabled this function), you are continually reminded to process them.

The number of unread Webdesk tasks is also displayed in the Webdesk header. Clicking this icon takes you to the list of open tasks.

Tasks already marked as "read" can be marked as "unread" at any time with a context menu function (right-click).

Improved Search Options for Combo Boxes with Many Entries

Static combo boxes have been extended with an integrated search option. This allows the desired entry to be found quickly with "type-ahead".

Suggestion Function for Important Fields in Travel

To optimally support users when creating travel expense reports, they are now supported on important fields with a suggestion function that pulls its suggestions from the employee's earlier trips.
