Job PtmStopAndContinueEfforts

This is a configurable job that allows multiple configurations and requires at least one configuration.

This job enables automatic project time booking coupled with attendance bookings. Here you can define that the project time booking is also automatically stopped when the employee is absent (TA absence) or restarted when the employee continues working (TA presence).

Job Configuration

• Reset efforts longer than 24 hours
  If activated, those project bookings that already last more than 24 hours are reset to 0 (an error is assumed, manual rebooking is required).

• Stop efforts on absence
  If activated, the project time recording is automatically stopped when the employee is absent.

• Restart efforts on presence
  If activated, a project time recording that has been interrupted by a logoff (absence) is resumed again when logging in (attendance).

Persons/Groups/Clients

Here you can specifically select the persons and/or groups and/or clients for which the configured job shall apply. If the tickbox is checked for one or more categories, you can use the arrows to add persons/groups/clients either individually or collectively (all) for activation.
