Der Konnektor arbeitet ausschließlich mit dem Zeitwirtschaftssystem Interflex IF6020 (Abteilungstabelle abtdef). Als Schlüssel wird das Feld shortName verwendet; ist zu einem Schlüssel noch keine Abteilung vorhanden, wird sie angelegt.

Hinweis zum Einsatz: Die meisten Installationen verwenden diesen Konnektor bzw. einen darauf aufbauenden Job nicht. Es ist nicht erforderlich, die Organisationseinheiten im Webdesk und die Abteilungen im IF6020 synchron zu halten, daher kommen die meisten Installationen ohne ihn aus. Vorgesehen ist der Konnektor für das Szenario, dass Webdesk nach dem IF6020 eingeführt wurde und die vorhandenen Stammdaten - Personen und Organisationseinheiten (Abteilungen) - aus dem IF6020 übernommen werden (z. B. beim Einrichten eines Mandanten im Schritt „Import Stamm“ mit der Option „Importiere Abteilungen als OUs“, die dafür die Verknüpfung ImportOrgUnitsFromIF6020 anlegt). Relevant bleibt er für Installationen, in denen das IF6020 das führende System für die Stammdaten von Personen und Organisationseinheiten ist.

Für Kurzbezeichnung und Bezeichnung sind die Felder shortName und name zu verwenden (nicht abnam/abbez). Darüber hinaus können alle technischen Feldnamen der IF6020-Abteilungstabelle abtdef im Mapping verwendet werden. Die vollständige Feldliste wird zur Laufzeit aus dem IF6020 gelesen und hängt daher von der IF6020-Version ab The TaGroupConnector reads and writes organizational units (groups) in the Time & Attendance system.
This is a connector that is set up by default and is not configured.

The connector works exclusively with the Interflex IF6020 Time & Attendance system (department table abtdef). The field shortName is used as the key; if no department exists yet for a key, it is created.

Note on usage: Most installations do not use this connector or a job based on it. It is not necessary to keep the organizational units in Webdesk and the departments in the IF6020 in sync, so most installations do without it. The connector is intended for the scenario in which Webdesk was introduced after the IF6020 and the existing master data - persons and organizational units (departments) - is taken over from the IF6020 (e.g., when setting up a client in the step "Import master data" with the option "Import departments as OUs", which creates the link ImportOrgUnitsFromIF6020 for this purpose). It remains relevant for installations in which the IF6020 is the leading system for the master data of persons and organizational units.
