TA Person Connector

The TaPersonConnector reads and writes person master records from and to the Time & Attendance system.
This is a connector that is set up by default and is not configured.

The connector works exclusively with the Interflex IF6020 Time & Attendance system (personnel master). When writing, an existing master record whose passed field values have not changed is not saved again. If a person is newly created, the assigned taId is returned to the synchronization.

Fields Provided:

The general fields taId, name, employeeId, firstName, lastName, orgUnit, region, and partTimeFactor as well as all columns of the IF6020 personnel master are offered. The following table lists the most common fields:

partTimeFactor / stteilzeit Part-time factor
stwp Weekly program (time model)
stkarte Badge number
stpinfo1, stpinfo2, ... Info fields of the person

In addition, all technical field names of the IF6020 personnel master (table pstamm) can be used in the mapping. The complete field list is read from the IF6020 at runtime and therefore depends on the IF6020 version.

In addition, there are the following control fields, which are only evaluated when writing and are not stored in the master record:

  • $extraValidation: true/false, whether additional checks are performed before saving (default: true).
  • $beginTimeRecording: Start of time recording in the format dd.MM.yyyy (default: current date).
  • $templateTaId: taId of a template person that is used when creating the person.
