TA Group Connector

The TaGroupConnector reads and writes organizational units (groups) in the Time & Attendance system.
This is a connector that is set up by default and is not configured.

The connector works exclusively with the Interflex IF6020 Time & Attendance system (department table abtdef). The field shortName is used as the key; if no department exists yet for a key, it is created.

Note on usage: Most installations do not use this connector or a job based on it. It is not necessary to keep the organizational units in Webdesk and the departments in the IF6020 in sync, so most installations do without it. The connector is intended for the scenario in which Webdesk was introduced after the IF6020 and the existing master data - persons and organizational units (departments) - is taken over from the IF6020 (e.g., when setting up a client in the step "Import master data" with the option "Import departments as OUs", which creates the link ImportOrgUnitsFromIF6020 for this purpose). It remains relevant for installations in which the IF6020 is the leading system for the master data of persons and organizational units.

For short name and name, the fields shortName and name are to be used (not abnam/abbez). In addition, all technical field names of the IF6020 department table abtdef can be used in the mapping. The complete field list is read from the IF6020 at runtime and therefore depends on the IF6020 version.
