Installation/Integration

An update to at least the following version must be performed:

3.2 GA (without wage type interface)

3.2.1 (with wage type interface)

In addition, a new license file containing the required licenses must be installed:

  1. rename the old license file (licence.lic) in the directory LW:\WebdeskR3\Tomcat5\webapps\webdesk3\WEB-INF\classes and install the new file
  2. stop the Webdesk server service
  3. set the parameter runRegistration in the file webdesk.properties (located in the directory: LW:\WebdeskR3\Tomcat5\webapps\webdesk3\WEB-INF\classes) to 1
  4. start the Webdesk server service
