Employee Status - Employment Status

Overview

The lists in the Employee Status/Employment Status area offer you evaluations by the status of the employment relationship, that is, whether it is active or inactive.

Parameters

The parameters of this report are

  • Format: Screen output, print, PDF, xls
  • Reference date: Required field, with calendar, the default setting is the current date
  • Variant: Required field, with the choices "Total"; "by age," "by type," "by years of service," "by gender," "by reason." The default setting is a selection of all variants.
  • Search (text field for the optional entry of keywords such as employee or location names, prefilled by default with "Organizational unit, location or cost center")
  • the mandatory checkbox for selecting loose groups and organizational units or, depending on the organizational structure, also cost centers and locations

Report Output

Depending on the variant selected, the reports differ in terms of the data shown.
The data on the employment status is maintained via the Person mask/Employment/Employment states.
Total variant

  • Employment status
  • Display in the form of a pie chart

Age variant

  • Employment status
  • Age groups, divided into 11 five-year steps
  • Bar chart or pie chart for graphical display

The age data is maintained by entering the date of birth in the Person mask/Master data.
Type variant

  • Employment status
  • Employment type (salaried employees, workers)
  • Display in the form of a pie chart

The data on the employment type is maintained via the Person mask/Employment/Employment states.
Years of service variant

  • Employment status
  • Years of service in ten five-year steps
  • Display in the form of a bar chart and a pie chart

The years of service result from recording the start of employment in the Person mask/Employment/Employment states.
Gender variant

  • Employment status
  • Gender assignment
  • Display in the form of a pie chart

The gender data is maintained by entering the gender in the Person mask/Master data.
Reason variant

  • Employment status
  • Reason for hire or for setting to inactive
  • Display in the form of a pie chart

The reason for a hire/activation or a termination/deactivation is entered via the Person mask/Employment/Employment states
