Overview

The employee status reports let you generate data about your employees in a clear way, with a focus on employment in the company, also in the context of working time.

The Following Employee Status Reports Are Available to You

• Full-Time Equivalent Calculation
• Basic and Status List
• Employees
• Employment Type
• Employment Status
• Employment Extent
• Years of Service

General Parameters

The masks for creating the various lists all contain the two parameters

• Format (screen output, pdf, print, or xls)
• Search (text field for the optional entry of keywords such as employee or location names, prefilled by default with "Organizational unit, location or cost center") and
• the mandatory checkbox for selecting loose groups and organizational units or, depending on the organizational structure, also cost centers and locations

Depending on the type of list selected, further fields are possible. These are described in the chapters on the respective lists.
