The recorded times are automatically evaluated in accordance with legal requirements (40ths regulation, vacation in hours, etc.). During month-end closing, the wage-relevant information can be transferred via an interface to k5 Lohn or other federal state-specific payroll accounting programs.

In the personnel cloud, civil servants and employees have the option of submitting various applications such as Time correction, vacation request, special absence, sick leave and much more, independently and in a time-saving manner. Thanks to our intelligent authorization system, office managers and HR managers can approve requests and make corrections if necessary.
For example, if a kindergarten teacher has submitted a leave request, the management can check the staff workload using the group calendar and either approve or reject the request. It is also possible to integrate the office management into the approval process.
For employees without computer access, the head of office/personnel manager can take over the application process by arrangement. Furthermore, they can quickly create vacation and booking lists, annual calendars, statistics and much more at the touch of a button and hand them out digitally or in printed form to the civil servants/employees.
