Tab Qualifications

In this tab, the qualifications of the person are historically recorded. 

Several customizable selection windows are available for this purpose. With "Qualification" the ability can be selected and with "Qualification level" the level or the degree of mastery of this ability. In the field "Recognized by", means ability checked by, a text can be entered manually or with the adjacent button from a list of employees can be selected and the date of this check in the text field provided. A validity date of this ability can also be entered.
