Job changeTimeModelAndFillupBooking

This job is used to swap daily schedules.

For certain absence reasons, on days where a defined absence reason is present as an interval, the daily schedule is automatically swapped for another one. This replacement schedule is linked to the original daily schedule via the target time in the time and attendance (IF6020) parameterization. In addition, if presence intervals exist, any gap between all intervals is filled with a parameterizable absence reason.

  • Ignore swapped daily schedules
If this parameter is enabled, already swapped daily schedules are also checked, and an attempt is made again to complete the booking if all criteria are met. This parameter must not be enabled by default. It was only introduced in case, due to an error, a daily schedule was swapped but no bookings were completed.
  • Swap time model
If this parameter is enabled, the daily schedules are swapped according to the key value list. The job analyzes, on days where the absence reason to check occurs, the daily target time and swaps it with the defined swap daily schedule.
