Job changeTimeModelAndFillupBooking

Note: This job is no longer part of Webdesk. The job changeTimeModelAndFillupBookings was removed as of version 4.59. Jobs of this type that have already been created, including their configurations, are deleted automatically during the update. The following description applies only to older versions.

This job is used to swap daily programs.

For certain absence reasons, on days on which a defined absence reason is present as an interval, the daily program is automatically swapped for another one. This replacement program is linked to the original daily program via the target time in the Time & Attendance (IF6020) configuration. In addition, if attendance intervals exist, any gap between all intervals is filled with a configurable absence reason.

  • Daily target time / daily program number

  • Fill up bookings
If this parameter is activated, empty time intervals between bookings on the day in question are automatically supplemented with the absence reason that was defined for filling up.
  • Fill up bookings comment
A comment can be defined here that is written as a correction remark into the IF6020 system. It is recommended to specify a comment here if the option "Fill up bookings" is activated, since the bookings are then clearly identifiable.
  • Absence reason for filling up
The absence reason used for filling up can be defined here.
  • Ignore swapped daily programs
If this parameter is activated, daily programs that have already been swapped are also checked, and another attempt is made to supplement the booking if all criteria are met. This parameter must not be activated by default. It was only introduced in case a daily program is swapped due to an error but no bookings are supplemented.
  • Swap time model
If this parameter is activated, the daily programs are swapped according to the key value list. On the days on which the absence reason to check occurs, the job analyzes the daily target time and swaps it with the defined replacement daily program.
  • Swap time model comment
A comment can be defined here that is written as a correction remark into the IF6020 system. It is recommended to specify a comment here if the option "Swap time model" is activated, since the bookings are then clearly identifiable.
