Purpose and status

The job reduces the size of images in documents attached to trip expenses. It is configurable and is inactive by default in the job descriptor.

Configuration

• File type (fileType): Image, Document (DOCX), PDF or All files.
• Trip status (travelStatus): selection of a single trip status or the empty selection for all status values.

Processing

For the job client, the job loads trips with attachments that have not yet been reduced in size, processes the documents of the trip expenses with the matching shrinkers and then saves the trip with the status for already reduced attachments set. The job log shows updated files, memory usage and savings.
