Im mitgelieferten Job-Descriptor ist er nicht aktiv. Verwenden Sie ihn nur nach technischer Prüfung und nicht als regulären Synchronisationsjob.

Funktionsweise

Bei der Konfiguration url ruft der Job ein XML-Dokument aus der angegebenen Quelle ab, filtert es optional und importiert daraus die Organisationsstruktur sowie Rollen. Vor der Verarbeitung können Gruppen nach einem Namenspräfix eingeschränkt, eine Top-Level-Gruppe festgelegt und Rollen ausgeschlossen werden.

Nach dem Import der Organisationsstruktur importiert der Job die Rollen. Falls die Option zum Import der Switch-Berechtigungen im XML aktiviert ist, werden zusätzlich entsprechende Berechtigungen für po_switchToOtherUser.act anhand der im Export enthaltenen Personen und Organisationseinheiten vergeben. Globale oder allgemeine Organisationsberechtigungen werden dabei nicht importiert.

Konfiguration

• Typ: Der mitgelieferte Konfigurationsdialog unterstützt url. Eine Datei-Konfiguration ist im Formular nicht aktiviert.
• URL/Pfad: Quelle des Import-XML. Das ausführende System benötigt Zugriff auf die Quelle.
• TopLevel Group: Kurzbezeichnung der Gruppe, die als oberste Gruppe verwendet werden soll.
• SelectionCriteria Group: Optionales Präfix; nur Gruppen, deren Name damit beginnt, werden verarbeitet.
• ExcludeRoles: Kommagetrennte Liste von Rollen, die nicht importiert werden.

Verarbeitung und Unterbrechung

Der Job ist konfigurierbar und unterbrechbar. Nach dem Abruf und der Filterung des XML werden die Organisationsstruktur und die Rollen nacheinander importiert. Wird der Job zwischen diesen Schritten unterbrochen, werden die nachfolgenden Schritte nicht mehr ausgeführt.

Die allgemeinen Job-Parameter wie Trigger und Mailbenachrichtigung gelten entsprechend der zentralen Jobverwaltung. It is not active in the job descriptor that ships with the product. Use it only after a technical review and not as a regular synchronization job.

How it works

With the configuration url, the job retrieves an XML document from the specified source, optionally filters it, and imports the organization structure and roles from it. Before processing, groups can be restricted by a name prefix, a top-level group can be defined, and roles can be excluded.

After importing the organization structure, the job imports the roles. If the option to import switch permissions is activated in the XML, corresponding permissions for po_switchToOtherUser.act are additionally granted based on the persons and organizational units contained in the export. Global or general organization permissions are not imported.

Configuration

• Type: The configuration dialog that ships with the product supports url. A file configuration is not activated in the form.
• URL/Path: Source of the import XML. The executing system needs access to the source.
• TopLevel Group: Short name of the group to be used as the top group.
• SelectionCriteria Group: Optional prefix; only groups whose name begins with it are processed.
• ExcludeRoles: Comma-separated list of roles that are not imported.

Processing and interruption

The job is configurable and interruptible. After the XML has been retrieved and filtered, the organization structure and the roles are imported one after the other. If the job is interrupted between these steps, the subsequent steps are no longer executed.

The general job parameters such as trigger and mail notification apply as described in the central job management.
