Forgot password

Employees who have forgotten their password can replace it with a new one themselves. This requires that a valid and unique e-mail address is stored in the system. 

• As soon as the login screen appears, click on the Reset password button.
  
• In this mask, you enter your own unique e-mail address stored in the system and click the Send button.
  
• A mail was sent by the system, which can be found a few minutes later in the inbox.
  
• Click on the automatically generated link to go to the password change screen.

• In the password change screen, enter the new password, according to the password guidelines, 2 times identically and click on the Change password now button.
  
• The login was successful and the new password is now valid.
